IMPORTANT: International Ordering Help
Your best bet is ordering within the following combinations so we can fit it all in a Flat Rate Envelope. This will cut your shipping costs in half if you are able to do it. Even if you place 2 separate orders within these guidelines you will save money. We realize not everyone will be able to do this, unfortunately this is as good as it gets due to the USPS’ prices.
• 1 tee any size and any combo of smaller items (lie detector, mirror blanks, decals, etc)
• 1 hoodie up to size M and any combination of smaller items
• 2 tees up to size XL each and any combo of smaller items

What payment methods do you accept?
As of 2/11/10 we now accept credit cards, paypal and money orders. The shop is set up to work with these options, so proceed like you are ordering from any other online shop and follow the prompts.

What brand and material shirts do you use?
We use Gildan 50/50 shirts and hoodies. Occasionally when our supplier has a shortage of a certain color or size, we will substitute whatever is closest from a different brand.

How does the sizing run?
The Gildan t-shirts run pretty true to size, they are a little more fitting through the chest and longer at the waist. The long sleeve tees and hoodies run a bit small, we recommend ordering a size up from your normal t-shirt size.

How durable is the printing?
The designs are professionally screen printed by hand in the USA, using high quality, durable inks. If properly cared for, they should last for many years with little to no degredation.

How long does shipping take?
We use USPS Priority for both domestic and international orders. For orders on the East Coast of the US, it usually takes 2 to 3 days. The West Coast and in between can take an extra day or so. International orders usually arrive within 7-10 days of being shipped, depending on customs, etc.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. Most of the countries we’ve shipped to are already included in the shipping setup, so just go through and order like you would anywhere else. If your country isn’t included, send us an email and we’ll add it. NOTE: As of 2/12/10 our shipping calculator is connected directly to the USPS rates, so what you see are the actual rates.

Do you do custom/freelance work?

Are you holding out on me?
No. What you see on the site is everything we’ve currently got for sale. There are no other color options or older designs that are available at any given time. Occasionally we find a stash in the warehouse we forgot about and we will put it up on the site. Send us an email at info@8380labs.com with requests for old designs or ideas for new ones.
