    Two New PreOrders

We've released a pair of new designs in the last 4 days. The Mk5 Get Down PreOrder ends June 21st and 8380 You Got Served the 24th. Both will be in stock in time for Waterfest.

The goal here was to get a fresh Mk5 design out to appease those of you requesting some designs featuring newer iron. I'm pretty pleased how it turned out, and there's a little something in there for both hatch and trunk folks.

This one probably seems a bit more random, but I swear there is always a specific goal behind each and every 8380 design. While I do admit the idea popped into my head while on a road trip with my fiance last weekend, it was only because I was daydreaming about wheels. My aim was something a bit more universal and accessible than our usual model-specific fare. I got a kick out of it when I finished it up, and I'm hoping you guys do too.

Both designs are available for purchase in the Shop as we speak.

    DATB 2010 Recap

This year's DATB was a little different than years past. Ocean Downs is currently undergoing some serious renovations so the parking area where the vendors normally set up was off-limits. All the vendors were instead set up in the grass along the main entrance road. The weather was great, the atmosphere was relaxed, but it seemed like attendance was down a but from years previous.

There was still a period during midday Sunday when the show was bustling, and it's always good to head for the beach to hang out with pals and check out some cars. Here are a few pics of the goings on near the 8380 booth courtesy of pal Allen/AREPAT Photography.
